Apparently drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is difficult to find using administrative data. This study looked at DILI due to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, phenytoin, valproic acid, and isoniazid. Just saw the March AHIMA article – not sure if it should read ICD-10 or ICD-11. With ICD-11 due in a few years, I would favor the move from “9″ to “11″. Start now, finish strong.
