RAND Addendum

In case you missed it, the RAND addendum, Evaluation of Severity-Adjusted DRG Systems, was posted a few weeks ago. Evaluation confirms that the availability of MS-DRGs (public vs. proprietary), the “new” CCs and other factors make this the preferred choice over other severity systems.
